There are savings on the last-gen graphics cards, but it's a tougher sell for the RTX 3060 and above. Though the fact the RTX 4070 Ti's overclocked options are being discounted to the reference price makes that almost a moot point. The RX 7900 XT is even under MSRP right now. However, the most exciting thing about the latest GPUs is that they're available and pretty much all available for MSRP.
